The view above shows the south-east skyline of Bradford and Great Horton Road next to the University. The street leading off Great Horton Road on the right is Claremont - the birthplace of composer Frederick Delius* (1862 - 1934), noted for pieces including "Brigg Fair", "Koanga", "A village Romeo & Juliet" and "On Hearing the First Cuckoo in Spring". The tall building in the distance is the National Media Museum:
